So Crummy! My husband took me to the restaurant for my birthday dinner. I'm turned off my compulsory valet parking and I have a longer walk to the door of my house from my driveway! Once inside the restaurant we were greeted by overly gushy employees. I'm not their friend so why are they pretending to be mine? I ordered a filet and it was awful! The small salad I ordered was very small and very overpriced. I can buy a lot of greens for $5.50. The filet I was served was inedible. The broccoli with cheese dripping over the cream laden vegetable made a sickening combination. The waiter came and, yes, gushed some more when I told him my steak was terrible. He offered immediately to replace it, but by that point I'd had enough of the overly spiced hunk of gristle. They did remove the price of the beef from the bill and they did bring me a dessert to take home as a birthday treat. Yep - an itsy bitsy teeny weenie slice of chocolate cake that would have been, what..? $7 or so? I just tried to eat it and there are hardened chunks of flour in the cake. Ick! Even with my dinner removed from the bill we still spent over $80 and I came home and had a peanut butter sandwich because I was hungry!
